Islam and
Jews should know that their laws are ossified laws. Just like the Christians their laws are
ossified, too! Nevertheless, the truth
is that all of the laws in the Holy Bible are written for doctrine, for correction, and for
instruction in righteousness that the Man of God may be perfect thoroughly
furnished unto all good works! Surprisingly, the words written in the Holy Bible are words of TRUTH but are past TRUTH and not the present TRUTH.
I am not trying to discredit these religions and churches but all men must realize and understand how these groups came about but never learn of the Truth. They reason out for what they are already predisposed to believe being fed with their doctrine (old leaven). Their service to God has become descriptive and not normative, meaning, it is no longer able to modify or adapt in the present life situation and requirement.
At one perspective, I can say, that all the laws are useless unless these will bring men back to (know who) God. The only way to know God is by hearing the "voice" in the Word of God from the one whom God has and will send. The Scriptures and Quran and Vedas and the other scripts in the other countries must bring man back to God which access is by Faith.
Sadly, there were men of old whom God spoke with like the prophet Balaam and yet turned away from God. Balaam was a seer in Moab and Midian who is able to talk with God but was never healed of his greed! In the end he was killed by Israel by the hand of Joshua because despite his closeness to God he caused Israel to sin in the matter of Baalpeor.
ALL THE SCRIPTURE IS FOR DOCTRINE AND FOR ALL PURPOSES FOR INSTRUCTION IN RIGHTEOUSNESS AND NOT FOR SCIENCE OR FOR SIGNS
2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
2 Timothy 3:17 That
the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
Remember, the written laws, in particular, were just added because of the transgressions of man which he commits against the extant laws of God. Remember, too, that the laws are meant for the lawless and for the disobedient and for the ungodly and for sinners.
Galatians 3:19 Wherefore then serveth the
law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom
the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
1 Timothy 1:9 Knowing this, that the law
is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the
ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and
murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
The laws written are malleable and can be drawn and rolled into one word named Love. Hence, man is given the two great commandments, firstly, to love God with all his heart, and with all his mind, and with all his soul and with all his strength and, secondly, to love his neighbor as he love himself.
Now, the Love of God is to keep his commandments which, by hindsight, reveals to us that the command is the Spirit itself. The Spirit is the one that moves and empower and give a man the authority in the word which is the Will of God, hence, the command of God is the Spirit of God and the Voice of God in the written words.
It is of no great wonder why there are many variations and denominations in the Christendom alone and continues to give rise even to the occult species.
Relatedly, Jesus was declaring things that were right and true which the Pharisees, the Sadducees, and the Priests thought were heresies and blasphemies. Jesus said, the words that I speak unto they are spirit and they are life.
Recalling deeper into the past we can see that God the Spirit is truly blowing where it lists to blow, meaning, an extant command can be rescinded by a new command from the mouth of the Man sent by God. Moses, for one, made the brasen serpent in contradiction to the ten (10) commandments of God concerning the idols. The same Moses also led his people into the promise land to annihilate the Hittites, the Girgashites, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perezzites, the Hivites and the Jebusites in contrast to the command not to kill! Jeremiah in his time commanded the Rechabites to drink wine which is against the law given by God unto the fathers of the Nazarites. Jesus Christ also entertained Canaanites and had a Canaanite disciple which is against the law, let alone his works during Sabbath.
The laws and experiences written in the Old and the New Testaments carries with it the many Spirits of God but of the self-same Spirit (sounds like power of God to multiply and mutate His very own single Spirit _ this is the power of God of which the people today do not understand): like the Spirit of Prophecy, the Spirit of Counsel and Might, the Spirit of Knowledge and of Fear of the Lord, the Spirit of Truth and Revelation, among others. What I am trying to say, is that God is a Spirit. He is a living God and never is the letters written in the scriptures! The Words written witness the works, ways and manner of God to name a few for our learning unto the truth. Simply put in the words of Jesus, "they testify of me".
The written laws prescribe to a particular people, place and tradition that separates them from the other people. In this case, the laws of God to Israel in the time of Moses were to separate them from the very people of the land who are destined to be thrown out of the holy land. The laws written, then, are holy which is the spirit that separates them from the other people in those times.
It is to be understood by all men that God is angry with SIN everyday and the sufferings that prevail in the world since then until today is an act of mercy of God so that the whole of mankind might consider to return to God in his laws and obtain mercy and grace.
Now, the laws do not continue to be observed in different times and peoples and places! Let us take for example Moses alone: When the law said, by the law of God, that every male on their 8th day must be circumcised as practiced back in the days of their father Abraham, Moses commanded all Israel when he was sent to Israel in Egypt to have themselves circumcised. Meaning, Israel who were in Egypt did not follow the laws of Abraham, hence, the command by Moses from God to circumcise themselves.
The
Law On Circumcision To Father Abraham
Genesis 17:10 This
is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after
thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.
Genesis 17:11 And
ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the
covenant betwixt me and you.
Genesis 17:12 And he
that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your
generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any
stranger, which is not of thy seed.
Genesis 17:13 He
that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be
circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting
covenant.
Genesis 17:14 And the
uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that
soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant.
Genesis 17:23 And Abraham took Ishmael his son, and all that
were born in his house, and all that were bought with his money, every male
among the men of Abraham's house; and circumcised the flesh of their foreskin
in the selfsame day, as God had said unto him.
Genesis 17:24 And Abraham was ninety years old and nine, when
he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.
Genesis 17:25 And
Ishmael his son was thirteen years old, when he was circumcised in the flesh of
his foreskin.
Genesis 17:26 In
the selfsame day was Abraham circumcised, and Ishmael his son.
Genesis 17:27 And
all the men of his house, born in the house, and bought with money of the
stranger, were circumcised with him.
Now, therefore, Israel in Egypt, after 430 years of sojourn, who were brought to the wilderness needed to be circumcised for obvious reasons, they were uncircumcised and did not observe the law of Abraham. Meaning, Israel always followed a voice command and not the commandments or laws written because they are always guided by a Man of God or a Prophet sent by God who interprets and declares the things that are right or what is appropriate for the time because the laws always seek its appropriateness and profitableness. The laws of God are both descriptive and normative. It is, therefore, no great wonder why there is a need for priest or a judge to settle controversies between the laws and the commandments and the statutes and the ordinances.
2 Chronicles 19: 8 Moreover in Jerusalem did Jehoshaphat set of the Levites, and of the priests, and of the chief of the fathers of Israel, for the judgment of the LORD, and for controversies, when they returned to Jerusalem.
2 Chronicles 19:9 And he charged them, saying, Thus shall ye do in the fear of the LORD, faithfully, and with a perfect heart.
2 Chronicles 19:10 And what cause soever shall come to you of your brethren that dwell in their cities, between blood and blood, between law and commandment, statutes and judgments, ye shall even warn them that they trespass not against the LORD, and so wrath come upon you, and upon your brethren: this do, and ye shall not trespass.
So it is always by a voice command and not by the laws or letters, hence, it is by the voice or, simply put, by faith which comes by hearing the Word of God and not by reading!
Hebrews 7:18 For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.
Similarly, it is widespread among the early Christians that a change of priesthood necessitates a change of the law. So early on, the spiritual men of God knew that the law has its weaknesses in the view of profitableness and appropriateness.
Hebrews 7:12 For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.
The great question today is that why in the hell did the scholars miss this truth? For everything comes by a command or a word which comes from the mouth of God which is also the Spirit. The Heaven and Earth were created by the command saying, to wit:
Genesis 1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
Genesis 1:6 And
God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it
divide the waters from the waters.
Genesis 1:9 And
God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place,
and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
Genesis 1:11 And
God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the
fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the
earth: and it was so.
Going back, we can see even Joshua circumcising for the second time Israel who were born in the wilderness because it was commanded!
The
Circumcision of the Children of Israel Born in the Wilderness
Joshua 5:2 At
that time the LORD said unto Joshua, Make thee sharp knives,
and circumcise again the children of Israel the second time.
Joshua 5:4 And this
is the cause why Joshua did circumcise: All the people that came out of Egypt,
that were males, even all the men of war, died in the wilderness by the way,
after they came out of Egypt.
The truth is that God is alive and He gives a command by sending his servants to his people (a mouthpiece) having His words in their mouths. Today, everyone is fooled into believing that God is not coming down who is, by the way, a Spirit that dwells in a holy and perfect man the one called the temple of God.
Most religions and churches today do have a form of Godliness in appearance but they deny the power of God that He can come down as a man or as an angel. Therefore, in whatever form God may come to mankind (as a burning bush, as a cloud by day, as a pillar of fire by night, as a rock, as a light, or as whatever he deems appropriate) just be ready to discern His voice using the discerning spirit which he also provides to his very elect.
Understand, therefore, that the written Law is different from the commandment or command of God by a voice! When God gives his commandments or command it is for a man to heed and obey and do it _ the Command is the present truth and the voice of the Lord.
The laws given to a particular people by the voice of the Lord is the present Truth. There is a past truth and there is a present truth, hence, everyone is given the counsel to rightly divide the word of truth. It is the present truth that is profitable and appropriate for us today.
2 Peter 1:12 Wherefore I will not be negligent to put you always in remembrance of these things, though ye know them, and be established in the present truth.
Ecclesiastes 12:10 The preacher sought to find out acceptable
words: and that which was written was
upright, even
words of truth.
The law, on the other hand, is a declaration of what is supposed to be right and what is wrong in a particular time and place and people. The written laws do not necessarily apply to all people for depending on the evil or iniquity or transgression of the land the laws are issued or decreed. The law is a reactive form of word in creation but the voice of his command or present truth is the active spirit which is sent to create!
The Law
is Reactive
Galatians 3:19 Wherefore then serveth the
law? It
was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom
the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.
The Spirit
is the Creator: the active Word and Voice from the mouth of God
Psalms 104:30 Thou sendest forth thy
spirit, they are created: and
thou renewest the face of the earth.
Now, the people of God are a peculiar people and a royal priesthood expect, therefore, a different law just as Jesus made laws for his disciples back then!
Hence, the laws for Islam is different from the Jews and from the Hindus and from Buddhists and from the Christians!
Additionally, the WORD OF GOD is surely corrupted by men already because of presumptuousness believing that they are the ones sent by God or are His prophets but are not!
And so, they preach and teach the word but are not able to minister the Spirit unto men! All men ought to stop from bickering on the laws for those laws should only be applied to a particular people and not to the others who have their own faith in God, too! What is common to both is the fruit of the Spirit if one will have to know whether the faith or a doctrine is in the Truth.
Show forth the fruit of the Spirit if you claim you have the Spirit of God. Now, while the Christians talk of the Fruit of the Spirit Islam cannot teach of the Spirit. Islam makes their god so weak that they will have to use brute force or go to war for it: without a command or voice from God but from a man alone calling his words as fatwah!
Ecclesiastes 10:10 If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct.
I have yet so
many things to say to you guys but you cannot bear them now! Shame on the hypocrites! (to be continued)
