The life of the Sons of God

The God-Believing-World have always erred for not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.  This was and is the reason why the world is confuse and are struggling one against the other for lack of knowledge and understanding.  

As a background, the Holy Scriptures record the coming down of the sons of God in one moment of human history.

Genesis 11:6 And the Lord said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

Genesis 11:7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language that they may not understand one another’s speech.

Genesis 6:1-2 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. (this verse has a Spirit Of Prophecy which Solomon the son of God fulfilled by taking many wives and concubines)

We must recall that man has become corrupt and violent in the world because of the evil of his imagination. The world was drowned because their imagination was only continually evil! 

By their imaginations the God of Glory was provoked to anger, and wrath, and jealousy, hence, the judgment.  The greatest sin of man is his imagination so that in the New Testament Jesus said, if a man hates his brother he is a murderer; and if a man looks at a woman with lust he is an adulterer.  God has never changed. Thus, the spiritual warfare is the pulling down of the imagination and strongholds. 

Always remember that it is the evil imagination (sin) that separates us from God.  It is only manifested in the works that people do but God looks at the heart_ the imagination of the Heart!  This is perfection when we obey alone the command of God. Yea, when we walk with God.

Genesis 6:5 And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

Correcting our imagination, by having a clean conscience with God, is the only way for us to be basically worthy of the calling and to pressing toward the mark of the high calling of God.

Now, uncleanness in the flesh and spirit is the result of the evil imagination as they manifest.

Galatians 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 

2 Corinthians 7:1      Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Being in such state, we are to mortify our flesh lust and to cleanse ourselves from all uncleanness so that the Spirit of God may dwell in us.  The mark of the high calling is cleanness and the dwelling of the Holy Spirit which is manifested by the bearing of the Fruits Of The Spirit which is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness and temperance of which there is no law against it.  Therefore, Jesus aptly said, by their fruits you shall know them. 

The end of all these processes is the coming of the Holy Ghost which will abide forever in a man who is made the Temple of God.  The Holy Ghost is the bearer of the record in Heaven and that record is the Name of God which he will declare in every place which he shall chose to place his name there.

Colossians 3:5 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:

Ephesians 5:5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.

Ephesians 5:3 But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints;

Ephesians 4:19 Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.

2 Corinthians 6:17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,

2 Corinthians 12:21 And lest, when I come again, my God will humble me among you, and that I shall bewail many which have sinned already, and have not repented of the uncleanness and fornication and lasciviousness which they have committed.

To press toward the mark involves acceptability with God for only the perfect are accepted.  This is the reason why we are commanded to be perfect and holy for to present ourselves as a living sacrifice we are to be perfect.

Holiness and perfection is the mark of the sons of God who walk in the spirit and not after the flesh. 

Today, the world falsely teach a law that is not of God as they sort of condone the evildoers, saying, just confess and repent and believe and you will be saved.  These have forgotten the ways of God that believing alone is not enough as a mark of the calling for the devils also believe and tremble.

James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

Now, being called does not mean you are a servant of God for there are many who are called but few will be chosen which means there is a process of choosing.  The chosen ones are they who have the Spirit of Love in them.  These are they who love God with all their heart, with all their mind, and with all their might.

The absence of the Spirit of the Love of God makes all things devilish though one would assay to obey the commands.

Now, the commands are divided into the laws and the prophecies.  The prophecies are the things that are written concerning the testimony of them who are called and chosen and faithful in God when He comes down to fulfil the scriptures.  The prophecies are the laws which are to be declared and revealed and to be taught unto them who are called which is the faith of the present generation when God comes down in the flesh.  The laws are the things written (or else, spoken by the Man of God when is come in the flesh) in the scriptures which the whole Christians (Old and New Testament), or Jews (the Old Testament), or Muslims (the Quran),  or Buddhist (the Oracles or other literatures), or Hindus (the Vedas) continue to believe.

The difference between the righteousness of the Law is that people will do things according to what is written making themselves exclusive.  The righteousness of faith is the work which is according to the words which are spoken by the Man of God making the doctrine inclusive for faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.

Faith comes to a man with the Spirit of Faith and faith is quickened or made alive to a man  when it is added with works or virtue.  Now, only they who will receive the Spirit of Grace are able to continue in the faith having in them the Spirit of Obedience. Lest, I sound outlandish let me explain the things about the Spirit in another book.

So, the people of God are called to be a holy nation and a royal priesthood that they may be able to minister unto the men who are washed, sanctified, purified and made perfect for to do the service unto God.  The mark of the high calling of God is holiness and perfection of them who are able to receive the Spirit of Adoption for them to become the sons of God.
